Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active California Bar Admission in good standing.
• 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class action experience in state and federal courts.
• Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Comfortable with AI-driven technologies to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class action litigation.
• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Advise clients on compliance with evolving California and federal employment laws.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings.
• Participate in discovery including depositions and document review.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and settlement documents.
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical solutions for clients.
