Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of labor and employment or general litigation experience.
• Experience handling employment disputes or advising management on employment matters.
• Familiarity with discovery, motions, and litigation processes.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Strong academic background and commitment to employment law.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment law issues.
• Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Advise clients on employment-related issues, including workplace policies and employee relations.
• Assist with compliance guidance and risk assessment related to employment laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and case development.
