• Manage the full spectrum of plaintiff-side work, from severance and executive compensation negotiations to trial representation.
• Include defense tasks, such as handling agency charges and lawsuits, and daily advisory work for small business clients on labor and employment issues.

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Role Description

Responsibilities to run the full gamut of plaintiff side work from severance and executive compensation negotiations to agency level work to full-on trial representation. Work would also, uniquely, include defense work including defense of agency charges of discrimination and lawsuits and daily advice and counsel to small business clients regarding various employment and labor law issues and policies.

Position has meaningful growth potential and includes health care benefits, retirement benefits, profit share plan and 2-3 weeks of paid vacation depending upon experience.
