Overview

• The role requires experience with employment litigation, including discrimination and wage and hour matters, along with advice and counseling, OSHA, and traditional labor matters.
• Key responsibilities include managing discovery, engaging in motion practice, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Preferred experience encompasses restrictive covenants litigation (including expedited relief), discovery and trial preparation in both state and federal courts, participation in settlement conferences and negotiations, and deal due diligence.
