Qualifications

• Minimum four years of labor and employment experience.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities with excellent academic record.
• Active bar membership and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients on wage-hour, discrimination, non-compete and related matters.
• Draft employment policies and agreements and provide counseling.
• Conduct investigations and trainings for clients and their staff.
• Assist with transactional and due diligence matters as needed.
