  • Exposure to labor relations issues, collective bargaining matters, or administrative proceedings is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with transactional employment support and due diligence matters is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Job Details

We are seeking an attorney to join a collaborative practice focused on labor and employment matters. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad mix of litigation, counseling, workplace compliance, investigations, and transactional support. You will work directly with clients on day-to-day employment challenges while also contributing to complex disputes and strategic workplace initiatives. The position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys variety, wants meaningful client contact, and is interested in building a long-term practice focused on helping employers navigate workforce-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Represent employers in workplace-related litigation and administrative proceedings
