Hinckley Allen seeks a labor and employment associate ready to become a key member of a dynamic, team-oriented practice. The candidate will handle a broad range of matters and collaborate with partners across offices in Boston or Providence.
Candidates should have at least four years of experience, a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, and active bar membership. Excellent writing and analytical skills, plus experience in investigations and trainings, are preferred.
Hinckley Allen is looking for a highly qualified labor and employment associate with an interest in becoming a key member of a dynamic and sophisticated team. The ideal candidate will have practiced at least four (4) years and have experience representing clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including labor and employment litigation (wage and hour, discrimination, non-compete cases); employment and HR-related counseling; drafting of employment-related policies and agreements; conducting investigations and trainings; and transactional and due diligence matters. Some knowledge or experience with labor relations, such as collective bargaining negotiations, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practices, and NLRB arbitrations would be a plus, as would some knowledge or experience with executive compensation matters.
This position can be filled in our Boston or Providence offices. Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the bar.

Salary Range: $150,000 – 220,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on location, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
