• Provide employment counseling and HR guidance.
• Draft employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and related documents.
• Conduct workplace investigations and deliver trainings.
• Support M&A-related employment due diligence and transactions.
• Advise on labor relations, collective bargaining, and NLRB matters.
