Lateral Link is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate (4–7 years) to join its Chambers USA-ranked practice in Atlanta. The role offers meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and a clear path to partnership, with opportunities in both litigation and counseling within a leading Am Law 100‑style environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in L&E litigation, non-compete and restrictive covenant matters, employment agreements, or related counseling.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication.
• Am Law 100 experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in employment litigation and related matters.
• Counsel clients on employment agreements and covenants.
• Assist in corporate transactions involving employment issues.
• Develop a sophisticated employment practice combining litigation with counseling and transactional work.
