You will work directly with clients on day-to-day employment challenges while also contributing to complex disputes and strategic workplace initiatives. The position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys variety, wants meaningful client contact, and is interested in building a long-term practice focused on helping employers navigate workforce-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in workplace-related litigation and administrative proceedings

Qualifications

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment
• Excellent client service and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced practice
• Demonstrated interest in developing and growing an employment-focused practice
