Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle.
• Conduct witness interviews and factual investigations.
• Review and analyze large volumes of electronic documents and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, case developments, and risk assessments.
• Negotiate and correspond with opposing counsel.
• Provide guidance on employment-related legal issues and workforce management concerns.
• Assist clients with workplace policies, employee relations matters, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex legal issues.

You will work closely with clients on litigation strategy, risk management, and employment law issues while taking ownership of significant case responsibilities and contributing to a collaborative legal team.
