Our attorneys handle a broad range of matters, including single-plaintiff employment disputes, wage and hour class actions, and other high-stakes employment litigation. Position: Labor & Employment Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Level: Senior Associate
Experience: Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience
Work arrangement: Four days per week in the office
Base salary: $260,000–$340,000.
Expected total compensation: $410,000–$475,000 for associates who meet applicable performance standards, including a minimum of 1,900 billable hours.
Discretionary bonus opportunity may increase based on hours billed and collected above 1,900.
Additional bonus opportunity for work originated by the associate.
