This role blends litigation and counseling, providing the opportunity to defend employment claims while also advising clients on day-to-day employment issues. You will work on matters in courts and before administrative forums, while partnering with management teams on compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making. The role offers meaningful responsibility early in your career, including hands‑on litigation exposure and direct involvement in client‑facing advisory work.
