Job description

Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join their Orange County office. This global Am Law 100 full-service law firm has over 1,000 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide, with the Orange County office housing over 100 attorneys practicing in various areas including Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property. The firm’s Labor & Employment group, comprising more than 150 attorneys, is one of the largest and most prestigious in the country, advising employers of all sizes on employment advice, disputes, litigation, international employment, and union management relations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly in single plaintiff actions involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law. Candidates with strong general commercial and civil litigation experience interested in transitioning to employment law are also encouraged to apply.
