Qualifications

• Efficient computer skills are required.
• Preferred EMR order entry and documentation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills and independent problem solving.
• Answers phones and assists callers and visitors.
• Communicates with patients and visitors and provides necessary information.
• Responds to patient call lights and requests promptly and professionally.
• Obtains and scans patient health information into the EMR system.
