The RN develops and implements a plan of care, assessing patient needs and coordinating with licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN must have ADN or BSN degree and be licensed to practice in Texas.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Texas RN license in good standing is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized, age-specific nursing care and create a care plan.
• Assess patient needs and implement the plan with ongoing evaluation.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff per policy.
• Communicate clearly, both written and verbally, with the care team.
• Maintain safety by following infection control and equipment protocols.
