Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license in TX upon hire.
• Basic Life Support certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process for patient care.
• Performs ongoing assessments and formulates nursing diagnoses.
• Documents in patient and unit records per health system standards.
• Teaches patients and families about various topics including Pain Management.
• Commits to patient safety and ethical decision-making.
• Participates in research activities and collaborates with department.
