Mercy is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Labor & Delivery on the Night Shift at Mercy South. This full-time role involves nursing care for patients across all ages, with emphasis on safe, evidence-based practice and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or a Compact license.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive healthcare outcomes.
