Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments spanning physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.

• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
