Qualifications

• Active CO RN license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients per physician orders and standards
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor progress
• Administer medications and treatments safely; monitor for adverse reactions
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
• Engage in performance improvement and professional development activities
• Respond promptly to code situations and provide interventions as needed
