Job summary

Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for full-time day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM). This Magnet-designated unit handles ~500 deliveries per month and offers autonomy and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care across nursing domains.
• Implement and document nursing care per orders and policies.
• Coordinate with the care team and communicate patient status clearly to staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Contribute to evidence-based practice and participate in unit improvement activities.
