• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Answers calls with exceptional customer service and documents triage and follow-up as needed.
• Assists with patient scheduling, financial counseling, and reminders for appointments.
• Pre-registers patients, verifies demographics and third-party coverage, and ensures eligibility.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and advocates for patients across departments.
