The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority is seeking an RN to join the 16-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit, providing family-centered care from admission through postpartum recovery. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of L&D experience and comfort in a dynamic setting.

The role involves triage, labor management, delivery, recovery, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes while maintaining EHR documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed per specialty.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience, particularly in labor/delivery.
