Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist professionals with patient care and routine examinations.
• Transport patients and equipment; set up and maintain patient rooms.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain medical records.
• Provide support including charting, orders review, and PI/data entry.
• Provide direct personal care per care plan (bathing, feeding, ambulation).
• Reinforce patient education and distribute educational materials.
