Labor Attorney

Konexo US is seeking a US-based labor attorney with several years of experience for a client secondment. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

• Work pattern: 10-20 hours a week
• Contract duration: Open-ended
• Location: Remote

What you should have:

• 5+ years’ experience with labor law and labor relations
• Prior in-house experience negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements, as well as providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary hearings, and discrimination claims
• Prior experience representing tax-exempt organizations
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
