Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney in San Diego to represent plaintiffs in workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation and related claims. The attorney will manage cases through all stages of litigation, draft motions, take depositions, and help prepare for mediation or trial.

Qualifications

• Represents plaintiffs in employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and sexual misconduct.
• Manages cases through all stages of litigation, from investigation to resolution or trial.
• Drafts and argues motions, pleadings, and other substantive documents.
• Conducts and defends depositions, including corporate reps and experts.
• Handles written discovery, document production, and discovery disputes.
• Participates in mediations, settlements, and trial prep.
