Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; technical cert or associates in printing processes recommended.
• Experience in flexographic printing is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and PC/Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing presses or die cutters.
• Adjust pressure, ink flow and machine settings to maintain print quality.
• Load materials and prepare equipment for production.
• Pack and label finished products and support setup tasks.
