Job summary

Heartland Label Printers, LLC. is seeking an Operations Lead to support safety, quality, production, setup, and run speed across the operation, partnering with the Shift Operations Manager to meet daily goals and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

The role provides leadership, coaching, and technical support to Coater, Press, and Die Cutter Operators and Setup Technicians, serving as backup for shift leadership when the Operations Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

One to Five years previous flexographic printing experience.
One to Five years previous coating experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Technical Certification or Associates Degree in printing processes.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and promote the company's Core Values in all interactions.
Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve safety, quality, productivity.
Serve as a resource for technical expertise and troubleshooting on the floor.
Support shift communications, reporting, and timekeeping duties.
Perform leadership functions, including corrective action when covering for the Operations Manager.
Maintain awareness of real-time performance and drive improvements.
