We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

This role operates on a shift schedule: Sun-Tue 6AM-6PM, Wed 6AM-12PM, with starting pay of $20-21/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than quick fixes.
• Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using the ERP system and ensure a zero-defect mindset.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure site health.
