Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in the Charlotte area is seeking a Label Machine Operator to join the A Team. The shift runs Sun–Tue 8:00 am–7:30 pm and Wed 9:30 am–6:00 pm, with a hiring rate of $20/hour.

You will operate label machines, minimize waste, log time and materials, and follow safety rules and PPE requirements. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, plus strong mechanical skills to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates label machines to meet production deadlines.
• Minimizes waste and monitors raw materials usage.
• Logs time and materials in ERP system for each job.
• Maintains dies and performs routine maintenance as needed.
• Keeps a clean, safe work area and follows PPE/safety rules.
