Job summary

INSIDESOURCE INC. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Tenant Services Technician to provide high-quality installation solutions and support for furniture moves, space reconfigurations, and maintenance of client amenities.

You will coordinate day-to-day tasks, respond to requests promptly, conduct space audits, and assist with lab shipments while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and initiative-taking abilities with minimal supervision.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Same day response for light general handyman tasks.
• Transport Lab equipment and furniture from campus to and from warehouse.
• Support and deploy lab shipments in partnership with other teams.
• Lab space, conference room, and other common area audits.
• Implement daily work requests/tickets.
• Adhere to client security protocol requirements.
• Act as an escort as needed.
• Lifting and/or moving heavy equipment and/or furniture on a regular basis.
