INSIDESOURCE INC. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Tenant Services Technician to provide high-quality installation solutions and support for furniture moves, space reconfigurations, and maintenance of client amenities.

You will coordinate day-to-day tasks, respond to requests promptly, conduct space audits, and assist with lab shipments while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Implement daily work requests/tickets.
• Adhere to client security protocol requirements.
• Act as an escort as needed.
• Lifting and/or moving heavy equipment and/or furniture on a regular basis.

Job Summary

The Tenant Services Technician is a contributing team member in providing high-quality, cost-effective installation solutions that increase customer satisfaction, as well as create repeat business and overall profitability. The Technician provides timely response to clients’ requests for day-to-day coordination of small to mid-size furniture moves, space reconfigurations and repair/maintenance of client’s furniture and building amenities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to:

• Same day response for light general handyman tasks
• Transport Lab equipment and furniture from campus to and from warehouse
• Support and deploy lab shipments in partnership with other teams
• Lab space, conference room, and other common area audits
• Implement daily work requests/tickets
• Adhere to client security protocol requirements.

• Lifting and/or moving heavy equipment and/or furniture on a regular basis.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to take on initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Proven ability to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Adept in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent and effective at oral and written communication.
• Ability to see the big picture and integrate into day-to-day tasks and activities.
• Fluid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact effectively with a wide range of personnel and departments.
• Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Must have strong work ethics.
• Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Comfortable driving 16’ and 24’ vehicles.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and equipment handling
• Commercial moving experience a plus

The anticipated salary range for this role is $22.00 - 28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
