Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a motivated Lab Technician for Laboratory Operations in Flagstaff, AZ. You will prepare batches, read CoC forms, and order tests in the system while labeling samples for accurate testing.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow complex procedures, and data entry accuracy. Physical tasks include standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to interpret and follow written instructions.
• Experience in a laboratory or high-volume production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches of samples by receiving and sorting specimens.
• Read and scan Chain of Custody forms and order tests in the system.
• Apply barcoded labels to samples and ensure proper preparation.
• Verify aliquot volumes and assist with sample handling and storage.
• Enter client and donor information and maintain chain of custody.
• Transport batches and support other departments as needed.
