Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a technician to generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for customer technical programs, perform testing, and support process development.

You will troubleshoot equipment, maintain logs, perform stoichiometric calculations, and interface with manufacturing and research staff to deliver timely results ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience performing lab-scale sample generation and evaluation.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain proper notebooks.
• Strong numerical and organization skills.

Job description

pay range: 19-24/hr

Generate and/or evaluate lab-scale samples, testing for customer technical programs, process and product research programs and manufacturing support and provide relevant information for further decisions. Troubleshoot and maintain equipment needed for production and routine processing & property evaluation and supporting machine scale-up work. Maintain appropriate logs, notebooks and other records including computer documents. Provide internet and other information searches as needed for problem solving. Perform stoichiometric calculations for production using computer programs or hand-calculations. Understand and follow EHS, SOPs and Responsible Care rules, regulations and guidelines maintaining a safe work environment. Capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively with more than one technical supervisor, interfacing with other functions such as manufacturing and research personnel, interfacing directly with customers if needed, and providing timely results to assure the quality of products shipped to customers. 1-3 Years of Experience
