Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an Equipment Technician II for its Test Lab. You will own the reliability, performance, and maintenance of assigned equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and diagnosing failures using schematics and diagnostic tools.

You will document results and drive continuous improvements with cross-functional teams. You will lead troubleshooting activities, support calibration and validation tasks, and ensure compliance with GMP/EHS standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of equipment maintenance, manufacturing or test-lab experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS like Maximo and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and maintenance of assigned Test Lab equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies, modules, sensors, and test gear.
• Use diagrams and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment binders.
• Lead investigations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies for root cause analysis.
