Job summary

Pace® Labs in Sheridan, WY is seeking a Lab Technician 1 to support sample-related activities in our environmental testing lab. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with compensation of $15.00–$16.00 per hour, and will be determined based on location, experience, and internal guidelines.

You’ll receive training to perform duties, maintain documentation, and work in a safety‑focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
