McCormick is seeking a Lab Technician III to support product development and sensory evaluation at our Technical Innovation Center in Hunt Valley, MD. The role involves handling raw materials, running tests, and collaborating with R&D, Culinary, and Marketing teams.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment across office, lab, and culinary settings. Some weekend/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 12 college credits or 4 years lab experience in lieu.
• Strong computer skills; Windows file management.

Responsibilities

• Gather raw materials and formulas per project.
• Apply products for tasting and development.
• Manage lab inventory and sanitation standards.
• Support sensory evaluations and cross-functional projects.
• Communicate timelines and priorities with R&D and Marketing.
• Assist with product ideation for seasonings and sauces.
