Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 24 college credits in math/science.
• Strong laboratory skills and experience.
• Familiarity with analytical testing and data recording.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with SAP and DevEx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop condiment and sauce formulas by blending materials and testing properties.
• Assist other lab technicians in product development across categories.
• Conduct internal taste tests and gather feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional partners to drive projects.
• Select equipment and manage lab supplies.
• Replenish raw materials and maintain accurate data logs.
