You will analyze performance, implement process improvements, manage shift coverage, and collaborate with management to meet production goals while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years and six months of optical manufacturing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of a specific lab function or area.
• Delegate tasks and assign duties to employees.
• Evaluate employees and provide feedback to management.
• Partner with Management to determine department standards and metrics.
• Review data and reports for accuracy and productivity.
• Plan and schedule regular rotation of employees across key processes.
• Analyze daily production stats and share findings with staff.
• Ensure adherence to documented procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to improve performance.
