Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks within the department and support special projects as needed.
• Develop and review SOPs for accuracy and improvement with management.
• Analyze lens/frame breakage, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Follow ANSI standards for eyeglasses; troubleshoot and address issues.
• Perform machine calibrations and tool changes as required.
• Review lens inspection rejects and make final pass/fail determinations.
• Manage lens and frame inventory; maintain supplies.
• Provide training on all department areas to other employees.
• Meet or exceed production targets and document performance.
• Report defects and inefficiencies to supervision; participate in team discussions.
