Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a Team Lead to supervise Lab Technicians and coordinate daily operations in the assigned area. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding workflow and training staff.

You will support supervisors in meeting daily production goals, track metrics, and promote continuous improvement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Missouri site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related production or distribution experience.
• Ability to learn and operate diagnostic equipment and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks and coordinate Lab Technicians in the assigned area.
• Ensure work aligns with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead associates and support onboarding and on-the-job training.
• Monitor safety procedures and maintain productivity and compliance on the floor.
• Provide production data and assist in resolving issues to minimize downtime.
