Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs routine laboratory procedures and data entry tasks as required.
• Registers and tracks specimens and requisitions in LIS and ADT systems.
• Maintains accurate records and communicates with supervisors about issues.

Responsibilities

• Receives specimens from couriers and verifies counts.
• Logs accession numbers and assigns specimens to the correct workstation.
• Sorts, triages, and files requisitions and manifests.
• Handles phone inquiries and dispatches specimens to various sites.
• Performs routine duties to support laboratory processes and inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and laboratory policies.
