Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a Lab Support Engineer to manage lab IT systems in a GxP environment in Bedford, MA. You will oversee lab software deployment, device inventories, and audits, working with vendors to maintain licenses and version control.

You will apply SCCM expertise, manage Windows devices, and ensure smooth software operations for quality and production labs. This onsite role expects collaboration with lab teams and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and managing lab software in GxP environments.

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Lab System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge, Knowledge in handling GxP environment, JAMF, Windows 11, Windows 10.
• JAFM to manage Apple Devices, Microsoft Intune, Windows Auto Pilot. Rescue LogMeIn, Servicenow, Zoom,
• Microsoft SCCM preferred.
• Configuring and monitoring the LAB oriented software within the LAB (Quality and production)
• Co ordinating with LAB software vendor and maintaining the license and version control
• Following the LAB device in and out protocols and conducting audits on the applications installed on LAB machines / Devices
• Managing the software inventory and frequent connects with Vendor for upgrade / alternate products recommended
