Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a Lab Support Engineer with Life Science GxP expertise to manage lab software, devices and licenses onsite in the US. You will deploy and maintain systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure audit-ready configurations for quality and production labs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and monitor LAB software in quality and production environments.
• Coordinate with vendors; maintain licenses and version control.
• Audit LAB devices and installed applications for compliance.
• Manage software inventory and coordinate upgrades with vendors.
• Test new versions; generate logs/reports on impact to infrastructure.
• Handle SCCM deployment, patching, OS deployment, and remote maintenance.
• Create SCCM collections, packages and applications; ensure client health.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Lab System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge, Knowledge in handling GxP environment, JAMF, Windows 11, Windows 10.
• JAFM to manage Apple Devices, Microsoft Intune, Windows Auto Pilot. Rescue LogMeIn, Servicenow, Zoom,
• Microsoft SCCM preferred.
• Configuring and monitoring the LAB oriented software within the LAB (Quality and production)
• Co ordinating with LAB software vendor and maintaining the license and version control
• Following the LAB device in and out protocols and conducting audits on the applications installed on LAB machines / Devices
• Managing the software inventory and frequent connects with Vendor for upgrade / alternate products recommended
• Testing the new versions and its effects on the infrastructure and producing the logs / reports
• Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience creating collections, packages, applications within SCCM
• Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012
• Experience in installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2007-2012.
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
• Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing.
• Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Windows devices
• Must have excellent competency with SCCM, WSUS and other patching tools.
• Experience in supporting Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
• Knowledge in handling GxP environment in the Life Sciences domain
