Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a Lab Support Engineer to manage lab IT systems in a GxP environment in Bedford, MA. You will oversee lab software deployment, device inventories, and audits, working with vendors to maintain licenses and version control.

You will apply SCCM expertise, manage Windows devices, and ensure smooth software operations for quality and production labs. This onsite role expects collaboration with lab teams and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and managing lab software in GxP environments.
• Strong SCCM knowledge including application deployment and patch management.
• Familiar with Lab devices management and license/version control.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors and audits.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and monitoring LAB software (quality and production).
• Co-ordinate with LAB software vendor and manage licenses and versions.
• Follow LAB device in/out protocols and audit installed applications.
• Manage software inventory and vendor interactions for upgrades.
• Test new versions and generate logs/reports.
• Demonstrate advanced SCCM capabilities for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows devices within the LAB.
