Job summary

Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a Lab Student Employee for the Physical Science—Physics ENG 150 lab. The role is based at the Main Campus in Palos Hills, IL, for the 2026-2027 academic year.

The student will assist with fusion software for EGN 150, support 3D printing projects, prepare labs, distribute and maintain equipment, and uphold strict confidentiality. Work schedule is Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm, with potential background check.

Qualifications

Special Instructions to Applicants:

During the Fall and Spring, student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours. During the Summer, holiday break and spring break student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours per week. Summer only, students must be enrolled in 3 or more credit hours. Student employees must always maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
