Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Shipping Technician to support shipping logistics and sampling operations in a combined laboratory and office setting. The role focuses on timely and accurate shipment of samples and kits to clients, maintaining supplies, and assisting with courier services.

The position requires attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A relevant degree is preferred, with forklift certification beneficial for handling materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED with relevant experience accepted.
• Familiarity with GLP and ability to follow SOPs and safety manuals.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Greet walk-in clients; provide sampling bottles and receive submitted samples.
• Maintain/restock sample supplies (preservatives, containers, documentation).
• Prepare outgoing bottle orders and internal laboratory shipments.
• Occasional data entry; conduct routine cleaning and upkeep of the area.
