Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Associates degree with 4+ years in a customer facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in a customer facing role.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide induction and orientation for new staff and visitors.
• Coordinate a 5S lean service.
• Work with customers and PerkinElmer staff to ensure quality and compliance in the lab.
• Be the first line of support for infrastructure, engineering, purchasing, IT and other service providers; report faults and ensure closure.
• Meet regularly with lab service providers to ensure open communication.
• Meet stakeholders to identify, review and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with Asset Management and lab staff.
• Coordinate lab stocks and ensure safe delivery and storage of goods.
• Collaborate with safety reps to maintain high safety standards.
