Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Lab Services Tech Lead to ensure GMP compliance, clean lab operations, and coordination with QC/MSAT labs. The role involves sanitizing glassware, sterilization, and operating HMI and OLRT systems as part of a cross-functional team.

You will train new staff, keep SOPs current, and communicate requests to ensure the lab services team has PPE and equipment. Strong attention to detail and safety is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, SOPs, and site policies.
• Maintain clean work area and report facility issues.
• Coordinate with QC/MSAT lab users and supervisor as needed.
• Perform glassware sanitization and steam sterilization using washers, autoclaves and related equipment.
• Schedule recipes and maintain GMP compliance; document data and operate equipment.
