Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Associate degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
• Familiarity with GLP/GxP and GDP practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized lab spaces and stock lab materials.
• Prepare materials and set up equipment for experiments.
• Monitor and replenish supplies and manage inventory records.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety protocols and inspections.
• Assist with service orders and coordinate maintenance events.
• Escort vendors visiting lab areas and communicate with scientists.
